“Great place to stay!! Wonderful hosts who are both great cooks.
The other guests were really friendly as well. Made the whole experience more like staying with friends. Perfect location for a quiet night’s sleep. I would stay here again the next time I find myself in the UK.”

“Marcus and John are the most welcoming owners of a hotel I have ever met. The experience is more akin to staying with a good friend than being in a hotel. The rooms are a good size and the location is perfect (we could see the sea from our bedroom window) just along from the pier, in an area rich with fantastic restaurants and bars. There is parking, which is fantastic in Brighton that close to the centre of the city, but only a few spaces so calls them up to book one. As a base for seeing the sites of Brighton I think this is hard to beat, and the breakfasts are unbelievable and definitely worth getting up for.
We booked last minute and had never heard of them before, but after our stay we will not go anywhere else in Brighton.”

“Marcus & John made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. They were excellent hosts and extremely helpful even booking our evening meal for us. Every detail catered for. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Hotel very easy to find and in an excellent location for all amenities in Brighton i.e. the Pier, pubs & shops. Will stay again next year for another short break. Highly recommended hotel. If you stay you will not be disappointed.”
